- Hi, I'm an overweight 27 year old guy who is aiming to lose 4 stones in 4 months. For friend in the US who may not know, 1 stone = 14 lbs.
The challenge
On the 1st of July 2009 I am going to begin a 4 month challenge to lose 4 stones (56lbs) of fat from my body. So, on my 28th birthday on the 1st November 2009, I will weigh much less than I do now!
As I write this there are no specific rules other than that I won't be utilising any of the very low calorie meal replacement diets - instead it will be a combination of eating 'real' food and taking lots of exercise. Rules may be added as I go along, please feel free to suggest any you can think of.
1st weigh-in will be on the 1st of July!
